John's SEMA Hall of Fame Induction Recognized During 2025 SEMA Show

We are proud to announce, director, John McLeod, was inducted into the SEMA Hall of Fame this year. The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) is among the automotive aftermarket industry’s leading organizations aimed at the growth and success of the industry. John received the incredible honor earlier in the year and recognition continued at the 2025 SEMA show in Las Vegas. Thursday night, November 6th, SEMA presented industry honors in the brand-new theater at the Fontainebleau hotel. John was formally inducted into the Hall of Fame by the Fast and Furious star, Sung Kang in front of a sold-out crowd. Surrounded by 5 famous vehicles, John was interviewed on stage by Kang and presented with his Hall of Fame jacket. The presentation included a short clip of John’s reflections on the momentous occasion, which can be found here and on our various social media channels. “It’s amazing that I get put up at this level with the men and women that are in the Hall of Fame, most of them I’ve looked up to for my entire career. What SEMA has given me is more than I’ve given them. It’s an incredible honor.”

The SEMA Hall of Fame was established in 1969 to recognize, at the highest level of honor, those individuals whose exceptional achievements have elevated the industry’s reputation and played a vital role in advancing both its growth and that of the association. Nominees must have actively contributed to the industry and/or association for at least a decade—reflecting a sustained legacy of dedication and service. In addition to his time spent furthering SEMA and the automotive aftermarket industry, John also serves as a Boyne City police officer. He strongly believes in also helping to further his local community and gives his time and resources to many local organizations.
