PLEASE OPEN & INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEIPT.
DISCREPANCIES
Must be reported within 48 hours after order is received. Please call 1.800.575.0461 to report any problem with your order.
DAMAGED ORDERS
Please report all orders damaged during shipping to us immediately. We will notify UPS to pick up the damaged package & file a claim. We will then send a replacement order to you.
RETURN POLICY
All returns must be pre-authorized by calling a customer service rep at 1.800.575.0461. A return authorization # will be given for you to include with your return. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of shipping. A 15% minimum re-stocking fee may be applied. Shipping will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error. Any Custom/One-off Instruments may not be accepted for return. Catalog Instruments will have a 15% re-stocking fee; additional charges may apply if there are upgrades included.
